It was a DJ Clark Kent interview that first got me curious about *CurT@!n$* (and Fred da Godson). So I googled him and was impressed as hell with the rhymes, flow, delivery and the fact that he had a positive message as well…

The only thing that kind of turned me off about the rapper was his whole obsession with fashion. Honestly, I could care less what a rapper’s into as long as his music is on point. It’s only slightly annoying when I click to see his next interview and he’s talking about a hump ass designer fabric when he could be dropping gems about this hip hop shit.
Well, I caught this on the twitter tonight. (try to read it from bottom to top)

Haha! Despite what he says, he’ll probably stay on that fashion shit though. It’s his heart, you can tell. Definitely want him to follow through with the raw “fuck that cool shit” vibe though.
This might be unrelated but the game is bugged out right now. Back in the day, rappers were all pressured into the gangster thing and felt like they had to fit that mold. Now that the game has moved so far left, rappers are feeling a whole different kind of pressure.
Label: We can’t put this record out, it’s too gangsta
Rapper: Huh? I’m just making music I know
Label: C’mon, don’t you have anything more emotional? Kanye’s record went platinum. Can you sing?
Rapper: No, I’m a rapper
Label: Right… Anyway, get somebody in your entourage to wear these (holds up leather print spandex)
Rapper: …
Lol whatever, as long as CurT@!n$ keeps making shit like this, it doesn’t really matter.
The new album is dropping June 23rd at HighSocietyLife.com, get that shit!
